Legal Point of Discharge: Stormwater is to be directed away from the building in a manner that does not concentrate stormwater onto neighbouring properties. This can be achieved by discharging stormwater into an existing or new storage (ie. tank or dam) then to the nearest natural watercourse (ie. creek or gully). Given the larger property size, the applicant is granted the freedom to nominate any point on site that meets these criteria. .
